ACE THAT JOB INTERVIEW !

Today in my entries I want to talk about how to impress your interviewer with the right answers to these tough questions.So,here are the tips.

1.''TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF''
   Your interviewer is not interested in your weekend activities or your love life.Focus on four topics instead-early years,education, work history, and your career experience.Keep it clean  and filter out what's irrelevant.

2.''WHY IS THERE A GAP IN YOUR CAREER HISTORY''
   Whether it' is because you lost your job or tool a sabbatical,it's best to come clean.But make sure you highlight how you've used it productively, whether it is volunteering or freelancing on the side.

3.''WHY SHOULD I HIRE YOU''
  If you did your homework on the position you're applying for, this question is a no brainer. Share why you are perfect for the job according to what's expected.

4.''DESCRIBE A TIME WHEN YOUR TEAM DID NOT AGREE WITH YOU''
  This question is designed to find put how you handled conflict and how you behaved in that situation.Focus on the positive, not the negative. Tell your interviewer how you contributed as a team member, instead of how you spent your time mkling life difficult for everyone.
